I am beyond excited to share some incredible news, I’ve been selected as one of the final three for the Westfield Local Heroes Grant!

It’s such an honour to be recognised for the work I do with The Quiet Courage Foundation, supporting cancer patients right here in our local community. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who nominated me, now comes the fun (and important!) part… it’s time to vote!

The link is in our bio, if you love the work we’re doing in our local community, please voteshare, and spread the word. Every single vote counts, and your support means the world.

If we win the $20,000 grant, we can expand our care pack services to palliative care units, supporting patients and their families during the most difficult times, while continuing to provide care packs to chemotherapy and radiation patients and hosting our Quiet Courage Connection eventsto bring cancer patients together.

Please take a few seconds to click, vote, and tell everyone you know. Let’s make this happen together!

Supporting men and women with any type of cancer diagnosis.

Cancer affects people in many different ways, and the emotional toll can be overwhelming. At our core, we support all cancer patients, men and women alike, regardless of the type of cancer they face. We recognise that while each journey is unique, those undergoing chemotherapy and radiation often experience similar side effects.

That’s why we are committed to fostering a compassionate and inclusive environment where every patient feels seen, heard, and supported. Through kindness, understanding, and practical assistance, we strive to provide comfort and courage to those facing the challenges of cancer. Our care boxes offer tangible support, helping patients manage the side effects of treatment.

Together we can make a difference one care pack at a time

What do you give someone who has been diagnosed with cancer?

We have been asked many times over the years what you should buy someone diagnosed with cancer, traditional gifts of flowers or chocolates while well meaning, are often not appropriate in the circumstances.

Your donations go towards helping us create with love our beautiful care boxes, we have handpicked items that bought comfort to us during our treatment, knowing they can make a meaningful difference to those currently facing similar challenges. The care boxes we provide for patients are more than just a collection of products, it is a heartfelt offering of courage and comfort.

The Quiet Courage Foundation Care Boxes are filled with love and deep understanding and we hope each patient feels that when they receive one.
